Physician Care Over Sight Director

Dr. Rappaport is a board certified Physician and has been specializing in cataract lens replacement for over 20 years. Dr. Rappaport was a partner in Tidewater eyecare until it was recently sold to another party. Dr. Rappaport brings many years of geriatric care experience to the table since the majority of his patients are in the same demographic background as the ones we hope to serve in our homes.

Brian Weinstein - Operations Director

Brian Weinstein currently operates two Visiting Angels Franchises in Virginia Beach and recognized the need for senior residences. Brian currently employs over 130 caregivers and employees and provides well over 10.000 hours of senior homecare each month. He has been in the Homecare field for over 7 years. He has also served as the congressional ambassador for the Alzheimer's association to then Congressman Scott Taylor, advocating for Alzheimer's research funding and awareness of this devastating disease. Brian has also served as the Vice-president of the Cape Henry Rotary Club and was in charge of the 2018 Oyster crush event, which helped raise over 75k dollars of money to directly support local charities in the Tidewater area. He has a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, serving as a Logistics Analyst l while in Afghanistan as a private contractor supporting military operation to help shut down bases. Brian also assisted the United States Marine Corps as Logistics Analyst Il both here in Quantico Virginia as well as Korea in direct support of 1st Marine Logistics Group. Brian Also served in the United States Marine Corps both as and Ammunition Technician and a Machine Gunner. Brian served one combat tour in Iraq.

Jon is the owner of Newriver Taphouse, a very successful restaurant in Virginia Beach. Jon also owns and has owned multiple I-Hops across Virginia and North Carolina area. He brings 25 plus years of food service ownership experience to the team and is comfortable with food cost projections, and has numerous relationships with a majority of the local food vendors.

Jeff is currently working as operation Manager at Track Patch 1 Corporation, Operation manager of Aberdeen Partners LLC previously worked as Club Manager at Sam's Club including other managerial positions, Gene Walters Marketplace as well as Farm Fresh as a Store Manager and several other managerial positions Skilled in Retail, Store Management, Interpersonal Skills, Loss Prevention, and Associate/Employee Development. Strong community and social services professional creating personal and business relationship with the leadership team and customers. In addition, Jeff is skilled in customer team building, listening, organization, and planning.

In 2010 he also earned the Certified Green Professional, which recognizes building professionals who incorporate green building principles into homes- without driving up the cost of construction. Rick gained experience working for a national home builder in the Northern Virginia area, where his concentration focused on estate home building. He brings that experience to bear when it comes to using innovative building techniques and products, as well as adhering to deadlines. The success of his firm is based on complementary skills that come together in the delivery of a home and a shared vision of the process and results. At the same time, he is passionate about the team getting to know all the customers, and working closely with them to deliver results.

Rob is a recognized leader in Land Acquisition and Community Development. Rob Wadsworth is known for his business acumen and forward thinking vision. He brings a unique blend of nearly 20 years of Land Acquisition and Development experience along with a strong background in Financial skills to the Kirbor Homes organization. He is no stranger to complex financial transactions involving multiple banks and joint venture opportunities. He is much more than just an owner of Kirbor Homes; working closely with Rick and the staff, he helps shape and mold the land acquisitions and strategic partnerships of the company. His leadership in community development has helped grow the organization to where we are today and with additional expansion planned. A Virginia Beach, Virginia native and graduate of Virginia Tech, Rob still resides in the area where he grew up.

John is the developer of and Owner of Track Patch corporation which specializes in creating assistance devices to help seniors and assist in finding or locating seniors with dementia. John also owns Aberdeen development LLC, which has helped develop multiple properties in the Tidewater area.
